Returning Your Purchase
Online purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be accompanied by the original receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are properly packed and that you receive proof of postage and tracking number from your chosen carrier or postal service.
Products that are returned with any make-up marks, horse hair or stains will not be accepted.

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

- Gift Cards.
- Made to Measure Items.
- Bespoke items made in personalised colours or embroidered goods.
- Sale Products.

Do not place any postage labels on any product boxes or packaging as they will not be eligible for return as we cannot sell the product without its original packaging intact.
Orders Being Returned from Outside of Europe
Please ensure to clearly mark your package with the following: "Returned Goods of Irish Origin"
Any returns with outstanding customs and duties charges are required to be paid by the customer. We cannot accept returns with customs and duties outstanding. Please note if customs and duties are not paid, packages will be returned back to the sender.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
