The FREEJUMP INTERCOM AUDIO KIT powered by Cardo is designed for riders equipped with a FREEJUMP helmet with temporal protection (or a PÉNÉLOPE by FREEJUMP helmet).
This pack includes a FREEJUMP INTERCOM, a mount with a microphone for installation on the lower part of the FREEJUMP helmet, and a belt clip for versatile use (to attach to a belt, pocket, etc.).

The Bluetooth function enables direct telephone calls to be made via the intercom. This function is very useful for professional riders, who can make phone calls without interrupting their activity, or for those who need to stay connected even when riding.

The FREEJUMP INTERCOM AUDIO KIT powered by Cardo has been specially programmed to optimise reception and transmission according to the position of the microphone.
Specificities.
The FREEJUMP INTERCOM AUDIO KIT powered by Cardo is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 55°C (-4°F to 131°F). It is IP67 Waterproof and works with the Cardo Connect App. The battery has a talk time of 13 hours with a charge time of up to 2 hours. Fast charge allows up to 2 hours of talk time after 20 minutes of charging.
Important advices for optimal use of the FREEJUMP INTERCOM AUDIO KIT powered by Cardo:
- The intercom must not be held in the hand when in use, to minimise interference. Objects between users may cause interference.
- Earphones not included, only USB-C wired earphones are compatible with the FREEJUMP INTERCOM AUDIO KIT powered by CARDO.

A PRACTICAL AND RESISTANT BACKPACK
Samshield’s ambassadors wanted a backpack answering all functions, super durable and stylish enough to be utilized as a traveling backpack; those existing on the market didn’t fit completely to their needs. The Iconpack has been designed after a year of development with many of Samshield ambassadors and their grooms.
The Iconpack provides plenty of organized storage for your equipment. This backpack is very practical with a range of different compartments designed for the rider totally in mind:
• side pocket for a bottle or a spray
• side pocket closed with a snap for metal studs, sugars, elastics, etc
• large side pocket with waterproof zip closure for a laptop, a tablet, a passport or the horse’s papers/passports
• elastic straps to maintain a whip
• top pocket for coins, gloves, keys or a credit card
• eyewear pocket
• removable case for a camera or a mobile phone.
A front flap in mesh can be unfolded to case the helmet. The Iconpack opens in two parts to give access to two large compartments: a suitcase-type section and a zipped mesh section, designed to store show gear and a pair of shoes.
The Iconpack is made from 1200D coated Polyester, a very strong, resistant and waterproof fabric.
The compression-molded back of the backpack ensures comfort and fit for extended periods of wearing. The straps of the Iconpack are adjustable, flexible and comfortable. The chest strap allows to maintain the backpack during riding. The straps have a removable case for camera or mobile phone.
The Iconpack is designed to withstand bad weather. It has waterproof pocket zippers and a rain cover which allows to completely cover and protect the backpack and the helmet. This rain cover has a reflective branding. It is fixed to the backpack and can be stored in a lower pocket which is invisible.
The bottom of the Iconpack is abrasion-resistant for maximum durability.
A label allows to write the name of the owner. Samshield also proposes, which is optional, to embroider the name on the top pocket of the backpack.

STIRRUP OF THE WEEK

When designing the Shield’Rup, the mission was to create a stirrup combining safety, technicality, comfort and performance. After years of study and research, the Shield’Rup is the result of the fusion of these requirements, wrapped in an innovative design.

Twisted leathers slot: Easy catching up when the stirrup is disengaged
Aeronautic aluminum and steel insert: Extreme resistance even when the branch is open
180° branch opening: The lateral branch systematically returns to its initial position in case of opening
Two versions of treads: The Shield’rup is available in two different versions: with standard grip treads or with extra grip treads (with spikes). The treads are exchangeable.
Inclined tread: Helping legs and heels to get a correct position for optimal stability and support
Elastomer seal under the tread: Excellent shock and vibration absorption for optimal comfort, perfect balance and rider’s joints protection
TECHNOLOGY & SECURITY
The lateral branch of the Shield’Rup opens in case of pressure during a fall. The cable and spring system allows the branch to open 180° and systematically return to its original position. Made with aeronautical aluminium and a steel insert, the Shield’Rup is very resistant, even when the branch is open.
