All deliveries are subject to a flat rate carriage charge. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly via email if such charge is necessary. 

Our Delivery Partners

All our deliveries are sent with our shipping partners Fedex and UPS. Once your order has been dispatched and is with the courier, they will contact you and let you know when to expect your delivery. You can track your package at any stage using the tracking number we provided with your order. 

Delivery Taxes + Duties

If you are shipping items internationally, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. The payment of any such import duties or taxes is your responsibility. Before placing your order, please contact your local Customs office for further information. Tailored Equestrian is not responsible for items confiscated or delayed by local Customs authorities.

It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by the local Customs authority in relation to your order. This may include the provision of identification information in order to receive your order. Before placing an order, we recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties or other requirements. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.

It is general practice that the designated courier company pays these charges on your behalf and will then contact you for payment before delivery. If for any reason you fail to pay the duties on your order and the order is returned to us, we will issue you a refund less shipping costs incurred by us for transportation both ways, a 20% handling fee and any delivery taxes and duties outstanding.
