Returns
Returning an item could not be easier. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return of any item not following these conditions.
Clothing items that are returned with make-up marks, horse hair or other stains will not be accepted.
When trying on boots, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing in outer packaging when sending back to us otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Extended Christmas Returns
Unsuitable Christmas Gifts starting from the 26th November can be returned with an original /gift receipt for an exchange/gift card by the 5th of January.

Sale products are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re happy to help before you order. Please refer to Size Guides or drop us an email at info@tailoredequestrian.com and we will be happy to help prior to purchase.

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged/refunded:

- Bespoke items made in personalised colours or Embroidered Goods
Sale Items
Please note that there are no returns or refunds on final sale items.

Do not place any postage labels on any product boxes or packaging as they will not be eligible for return as we cannot sell the product without its original packaging intact.
Orders Being Returned from Outside of Europe
Please clearly mark your package: "Returned Goods of Irish Origin"
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
