By placing an order with Tailored Equestrian, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

Company Information

Tailored Equestrian is an Irish company and all orders are dispatched from Ireland.

Pricing & Currency

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Currency display does not indicate the country from which products are shipped. All orders are processed and fulfilled from Ireland.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Important for International Customers

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tailored Equestrian has no control over these charges and cannot predict, reduce, reimburse, or waive them.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other destination-country charges, any costs incurred by Tailored Equestrian, including return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, carrier charges, and administrative costs, may be deducted from any refund issued.

Returns

Returns must be requested within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy and items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Custom-made, personalised, special-order, clearance, and certain safety products may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Returns Policy.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

Limitation of Liability

Tailored Equestrian shall not be liable for delays, customs clearance issues, import charges, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
