All deliveries are subject to a flat rate carriage charge. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly if such charge is necessary. 

Our Delivery Partners:

All our deliveries are sent with our shipping partners Fedex and UPS. Once your order has been dispatched and is with the courier, they will contact you and let you know when to expect your delivery. You can track your package at any stage using the tracking number we provided with your order. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Customers are responsible for all import duties on orders. As the buyer, you are responsible for any Duties, Taxes or Handling Fees that are charged by your country for importing consumer goods.

Import duties are not collected at the checkout, therefore they must be paid upon your packages arrival into its destination country. Unfortunately we cannot give you an estimate of these costs as charges vary around the world.

It is general practice that the designated courier company pays these charges on your behalf and will then contact you for payment before delivery. If for any reason you fail to pay the duties on your order and the order is returned to us, we will issue you a refund for the original order amount less shipping costs incurred by us both ways and any duties we have to pay.

We recommend that international customers do prior research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing you're delivery through customs, and so you have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Please contact your local postal or customs office for more information if you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges.

It is your full responsibility to verify the duties and customs charges and procedures in your country before placing your order. You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase.

Tailored Equestrian is not responsible for these charges. It is you, the customer who is responsible in paying these charges. Failure to pay these charges or refusing the package will mean you will not be entitled to a full refund for your order.

A 20% handling fee will be applied to any orders which delivery is refused or customs and duties owed are not paid. The original shipping charge will not be refunded and there will be a charge incurred for the return shipping back to Tailored Equestrian. You will be refunded the balance on receipt of the package back to Tailored Equestrian.

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please note lead times can vary depending on stock availability. For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature may be required by the courier company. We must be notified of any damage incurred to your package during transit within 24 hours of receiving your items.
