Shipping, Customs & Duties

All orders are dispatched from Ireland using trusted courier services UPS.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and responding to any requests from the courier.

International Orders

For eligible orders shipped outside the EU, Irish VAT is removed at checkout.

However, import duties, local taxes, tariffs, customs clearance charges and courier brokerage fees are not included in the price paid to Tailored Equestrian.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Any charges applied on arrival are determined by the destination country and are payable by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority.

We cannot predict or refund these charges and recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused because customs duties, taxes or other import charges are not paid, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the parcel to us.

Where applicable, return shipping, customs charges and a 20% restocking/handling fee may be deducted from any refund due.

Returns from Outside the EU

International returns must be clearly marked:

“Returned Goods of Irish Origin”

Any customs charges created by an incorrectly declared return remain the responsibility of the customer.

Important

By placing an international order with Tailored Equestrian, you confirm that you understand that the amount paid at checkout may not be the final cost of importing the goods into your country.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
